Our Friends working group is responsible for the recruitment and management of volunteers.

Will be responsible to improve upon the established recruitment strategies of FoE Malta and ensure recruitment follows the procedures set out in FoE Malta’s guidelines. The selected applicant will also be responsible to coordinate volunteers and eventually organise training workshops. FoE Malta will provide adequate training to the selected applicant to be able to perform their tasks with confidence. Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Maltese are necessary. Knowledge of email and Microsoft office tools are a must. The selected applicant may work from home or at FoE Malta’s office. Preference is given to applicants with knowledge and a passion for environmental matters.

 

Knowledge of interpersonal communication, group dynamics and report writing are required. Previous experience of working in a team and/or in the NGO sector will be considered an asset. This vacancy is for a voluntary, unpaid position. The selected applicant must be 18 years and over.
